Reserving Space in Atkinson Hall
At this time, meeting room use is restricted to non-class events for building occupants, their college/unit administration, and the president/provost offices. The building’s smaller meeting rooms located within a unit’s office suite are managed by that unit. Rooms located within Atkinson Hall’s shared Collaborative Core on the east side of the building (rooms 121, 225, 323 and 421) are managed by the Atkinson Hall Administrative Coordinator. Please send reservation requests or questions to atk_reservations@cornell.edu.
Atkinson Hall management reserves the right to refuse reservations it believes are not in keeping with the facility’s mission or could jeopardize its security.

Rooms are available for reservation on a first come, first serve basis and may not be reserved more than one year in advance. Please refer to the table below for additional details.

| 225 | 12 | Atkinson Hall_Room 225_Conference Room Layout | This room has presentation and video conferencing capabilities with Zoom Room technology. Presentations can be done with laptop connections or via Zoom on one large monitor. The second portrait format monitor is for the gallery in Zoom mode. |
| 323 | 14 | Atkinson Hall_Room 323_Conference Room Layout | This room has presentation and video conferencing capabilities with Zoom Room technology. | 421 | 30 | Atkinson Hall_Room 421_Conference Room Layout | 20 chairs at the table and 10 chairs along wall. This room has presentation and video conferencing capabilities via your own laptop or the in-room PC. Presentations can be done with laptop connections or the in-room PC on the single large screen. |
